The Hollist Winelist

Wines at the Hollist aren’t simply beverages; they’re stories in a glass — some whispered from wild vineyards tucked deep in the Languedoc, others shouted from the sunlit hills of Mendoza or the cool, sharp slopes of Ontario. Each bottle has been chosen not because it's fashionable, but because it feels right. It tells the truth. And it sings when paired with food, laughter, and the gentle clink of cutlery on worn wood tables.

Whether you're in the mood for something lean and briny, ripe and jubilant, or mysterious and skin-fermented, there's a place for you here — just as there is at the pub.

Below is the full list, annotated with tasting notes and little poetic nudges to help guide your choice. Take your time. Read it aloud if you must.

A sun-dappled stroll through an orchard. Pears, apricots, whispers of honeysuckle. Round and graceful — the wine you want when there's something good in the oven.

Domaine La Grangette Picpoul de Pinet, France
