At the Hollist Arms, drinks aren’t just served. They’re curated, crafted, and occasionally argued over. We believe a proper drink should earn its place on the table—whether it's a pint pulled from a local cask, a gin mixed with something green and herby from the garden, or a glass of something wild and rare from the foothills of Sicily.

Our list is a celebration of the things that quench and comfort.

We favour small producers, bold ideas, and quiet mastery. Some drinks are strong. Some are subtle. All are honest.
