Cocktails by Anna

Curated, crafted, confidently poured.

Anna’s cocktails aren’t just drinks — they’re stories in a glass. Each one is a quiet nod to somewhere she’s been, someone she’s met, or something that once made her smile. Like the rest of the Hollist, they’re stylish without being showy. Seasonal herbs from the garden, just the right splash of something bright, and always a proper finish. She muddles. She shakes. She garnishes with intent.

Behind the bar, it’s all instinct and elegance. And if you ask nicely, she might even improvise.

House Cocktails

Aperol Spritz · £12
A Lodsworth summer in a glass — Aperol, Terre di Rai Prosecco, soda, and a generous slice of orange. Light, zesty, dangerously repeatable.

Bloody Mary · £8–15
Built on Anna’s own spicy Mary mix. Smirnoff vodka, Worcestershire, celery salt, tabasco, cracked pepper, tomato juice — served with a celery salt rim and a wry smile. Hangover cure or Sunday ritual.

Cosmopolitan · £12
Smirnoff, triple sec, cranberry. Shaken not stirred, finished with a lime rim. Elegant, sharp, classic.

Dark & Stormie · £8
Kraken black spiced rum, Fever Tree ginger beer, finished with lime. A brooding favourite.

Espresso Martini · £11
Double shot of Chimney Fire espresso, Kahlúa, Smirnoff. Shaken with conviction. Finished with coffee beans, perfect after a long lunch.

French 75 · £11
Gordon’s gin, Prosecco, lemon juice, sugar. Shaken. Finished with lemon zest. A little sparkle, a little bite.

Grasshopper · £12
Crème de Menthe, Crème de Cacao, double cream. As 1970s as it is irresistible. Shaken until ice-cold.

Gin Smash · £11
Gordon’s, lemon juice, fresh basil. Muddled, shaken, served cold and green. Summery, sharp, subtle.

Kir Royale · £9
Prosecco with a Chambord twist. Simple. French. Endlessly charming.

Margarita · £10
El Jimador Blanco tequila, triple sec, lime juice, simple syrup. Salted rim. A seaside holiday in your mouth.

Negroni · £12
Gordon’s, Campari, Martini Rosso. Bittersweet, well-dressed, unhurried.

Mojito · £9
Bacardi, mint from the garden, lime juice, a splash of sugar. Shaken. Refreshing and ruthlessly moreish.

Moscow Mule · £9
Smirnoff, Fever Tree ginger beer, lime. On the rocks, never the same twice.

Pimm’s Cup · £8–15
Pimm’s, cucumber, strawberry, orange, apple, ginger ale, lemonade. Finished with mint and borage. Summer in a jug, best shared.

Porn Star Martini · £12
Absolut Vanilla, passion fruit liqueur, puree, lime juice, vanilla syrup. Topped with passion fruit and served with a Prosecco chaser. Naughty but nice.

Whiskey Sour · £9
Famous Grouse, lemon juice, sugar, egg white. Shaken till silky. Finished with lemon. For the bitter-sweet at heart.

White Negroni · £12
Gordon’s, Suze, Lillet Blanc. Pale, bitter, unusually elegant.

Mocktails & Low Alcohol

Not So Cosmo · £6
Cranberry, orange, lime. Everything but the vodka. Still dressed for dinner.

No-jito · £6

Mint, lime, sugar, soda. Just as refreshing. No regrets.

Tanqueray 0.0 & Tonic · £8

Served with Fever Tree and your choice of lemon or lime. Proper and grown-up.

Virgin Mary · £6.5
Same kick, zero vodka. Anna’s spicy tomato mix, celery salt rim, lemon finish.

A Note from the Bar

Every cocktail is made from scratch with fresh ingredients. Most of the herbs come from our own garden, and our syrups and infusions are homemade. Just like the food, they’re made with care, a touch of theatre, and a deep respect for the classics.
