The Hollist Arms
The Hollist Arms

The Hollist Arms Pub is a picture-postcard Grade II listed building that has been at the heart of the village community since the 18th Century. The local area is steeped in history and recognised as an area of outstanding natural beauty. The pub is located within the West Sussex Weald with fine views over the Rother Valley to the South Downs, an area perfect for walking, cycling and riding.

Lodsworth is situated between the historic market towns of Midhurst and Petworth, and within easy reach of the stately homes of Cowdray, Petworth, Uppark, Goodwood and Arundel. Beyond the South Downs lie the beaches of The Witterings, Chichester Harbour and the Roman Palace of Fishbourne.

The Hollist Arms continues to support the good old English tradition of a countryside pub and offers hearty food, a place to rest, meet up with friends and enjoy a bit of revelry. We serve locally produced ales including those from the award winning Langham Brewery (also based in Lodsworth), Hophead from Darkstar (Partridge Green) and Harveys Sussex (Lewes) lagers, fine wines and spirits. The Hollist Arms is a Dog Friendly Pub (with biscuits).
