The Hollist Arms offers simple, traditional pub food with an emphasis on quality seasonal ingredients. Our meat is sourced locally from Young's Butchers in Chiddingfold, our fish from Brighton & Newhaven Fish Sales, our vegetables are from Fernhurst Fruiterers and also generous offerings from the local community.
