Serge, the chef and creative force behind the Hollist Arms, with his years of experience in gastronomy has created a menu that is inspired by his Mediterranean background whilst also retaining the best of traditional English cuisine. All the food is hand cooked to order using locally produced, seasonal produce where possible.

The ambiance in the restaurant lends itself to both formal and informal dining, with open fires in the winter, and terraced dining in the beautiful gardens in the summer. The Hollist also caters for celebrations, parties and private functions, where a set menu can be arranged.

The comfortable bar offers a variety of fine wines and real ales, including the popular "Hip Hop" from Langhams brewery in the village.

We are open from 11:00 until 23:00 every day. Lunch Service is 12:00-14:30 and dinner service is 18:00 until 21:00. Please book to avoid dissapointment

Happy Hour can be enjoyed from 16:30 to 18:30, Monday to Friday.

Teas, coffees, home made cakes and a cheese board are available all day.
